RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. *Under general supervision with specific instructions, prepares business specifications from which technical specifications are formulated. 2. *Assist in conducting preliminary investigation for project requests. Reviews requirements, specifications, test, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives. 3. *Assist in the analysis of business goals, objectives, and needs of the business environment. 4. *Assist in making recommendations to improve business processes. 5. *Assist in root cause analysis in order to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for the business units. 6. *Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective manner. 7. Physical Requirements: Functional Area Skills/Knowledge: Knowledge base will focus on job duties and the skills required to complete such duties. Must have basic knowledge of the organization in order to answer questions, with a basic level of technical skills required to complete assignments. Good communication and verbal skills.
