Description:

Client is recruiting for their client in Covington, KY for a Siebel Administrator.
ThisSiebel Administrator / Analyst works independently or as team member and is responsible for working with Business Management to identify, define, interpret and clarify scope of problems/issues in terms of complex business and systems requirements and processes for a new program implementing and operating on Siebel Order Management.

This individual will develop into and act as a Siebel Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide both business and systems analysis for requests submitted by the end user community. They will utilize Siebel admin tools to enhance the platform for the benefit of the business users.

Administrator / Analyst Responsibilities:
Become a key Siebel SME for the target user groups.
Manage issue resolution process by triaging escalated incidents
Manage projects following Project Methodology to include analysis of enhancements and support requests
Establishes and maintains Project Plans for projects
Perform end user testing (enhancements, defects, admin changes)
Provide complex Platform-level reporting to stakeholders
Communication to stakeholders and POCs
Manage business in release mgmt activities (eg. deploy validation)
Establish and communicate best practices for Platform Administration
Develop and maintain support model procedure documentation
Assist with training and education for end users and POCs
Coordinate with other platform administrator/support teams
Analyze and Implement Siebel admin changes (eg. user access, favorites, LOVs)
Maintain content for client facing documents
Uses experience, and well-developed analytical skills as a sound basis for decision making
Partner with Platform Support team to resolve high severity systems incidents
Ensure superior customer service to internal and external clients
Develop and maintain project plans for platform maintenance efforts
Perform additional duties and projects assigned by the Manager/Leader

QualificationsQualifications

Three to five years software platform support / administrator experience
Working knowledge of Siebel CRM / Order Management platform
Prior IT experience or strong aptitude towards software packages
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Customer/client service knowledge, understanding who ones clients/customers are, rapidly responds to new and changing demands to ensure client satisfaction
Communicates requests and analysis in a manner and form easily understandable by all
