This contractor is responsible for the software architecture, data analysis, design, development and implementation of database systems as well as the design, development and implementation of Microsoft IIS and C# .NET web based systems and the analysis/design to support Client document Management applications such as ARM, Surface Mining Information System (SMIS), Nintex Workflow and analysis used in support of Client initiatives. The data analysis/design phase includes system analysis, system design and database design. Application development includes the development and implementation of the Oracle and MSSQL databases, development/programming of the graphical user interfaces, development of data loading procedures to populate the database structures and systems testing. Implementation includes end user training, system roll-out (installation and configuration of client/server software as needed) and appropriate documentation and knowledge transfer of each phase of development. Also included is the development of production procedures such as backup/restore, maintenance/operations requirements and security policies and procedures. Application development includes the development and implementation of C# .NET, development/programming of graphical user interfaces, development of data loading procedures to pull from and populate Oracle and MSSQL database structures, security authentication and data submission verification compliance and systems testing. This contractor is responsible for production support and software defect correction, on an as needed basis. Environmental initiatives for project databases, .NET, graphical user interfaces (screens), documented programs, triggers, stored procedures, Data loading programs, Report programs, Analysis documents, reviews and status reports. Documentation including all appropriate system documentation, knowledge transfer to Commonwealth employees, security procedures, operations procedures, backup/restore procedures, testing procedures, deployment procedures and users manuals.
