This includes: Estimate the effort; statement of work high level, detailed requirements and change control triggered estimates. Defining risk-based test strategy and detailed planning required for the effort. Developing test plans and designing detailed test cases for the effort. Provide leadership and mentoring to other team members throughout the planning and execution. Coordinating all planning and execution tasks with project team members. Ability to work multiple efforts simultaneously. Primary Skills MUST include: Proven track record as QA Lead and/or Test Manager on multiple large or complex projects with interface validations to other systems and/or applications. Extensive experience in back-end testing using self-generated SQL statements. Experience in validating XML statements and resulting outputs. Experience in creating mock XML and test data. Experience in testing application interfaces to various types of applications. Highly experienced in planning testing strategy and execution. Additional Skills or Experience Desired include: Experience in testing mainframe applications. Experience with Master Data Management. Experience with Oracle Business Objects Testing.
