TEMA is making a large push to leverage mobile technology in our manufacturing plants as well as provide seamless connectivity for our users. To that end we need to bring on additional staff to support the migration. Daily Work: Works with project manager and users to analyze design, implement and support wireless systems/device. Daily work will consist of the following: Work with local IS & business groups to identify and document wireless devices. Research devices to document what 802.11 specifications they are capable of supporting. Develop test cases for wireless device migration from existing network to the new wireless network. Work with TEMA vendor to perform pre-migration test of all IDed devices Work with business groups to develop replacement strategy for non-standard devices on the wireless network. Lead issues remediation with TEMA vendor after a wireless migration Work with TEMA vendor to ensure WLAN is being built to TEAM standard. Document business process flow for guest wireless access with internal TEMA groups. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS (LIST THE MOST IMPORTANT SKILLS IN ORDER) Experience (2-4 years) in Business Analysis, working with business customers to determine needs/requirements and developing business process flows with a customer first mind set. Experience with managing projects of small-medium complexity, working with 3-5 man teams to develop custom solutions. Strong documentation and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time and prioritize tasks. Creative thinking for providing innovative solutions. Strong interpersonal skills a must, as this person will frequently be communicating with our business partners. 1-3 years experience with Cisco wireless technologies. 1-3 years experience with 802.11 wireless troubleshooting/ problem remediation experience. 1-3 years experience working in a manufacturing environment. Experience with developing and executing test plan for wireless devices going into a new lightweight wireless network. Experience with MS Office (Visio, Excel). Preferred: CCNA Wireless (Cisco Certified Network Associate Wireless) or equivalent of wireless work experience is a plus. Experience with integration with cisco ISE appliance is a plus. WORK HOURS: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday. Scheduled flextime may be available if coordinated with the team. Some amount of overtime, will be required to meet business needs.
