These deliverables will be utilized by the Product Phase of the development & test life cycle for software product integration. Job requires application of creativity, ingenuity and advanced skills in order to develop, test and deliver fully functional code. Periodically adapts current applications, procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment to meet special needs. Develops and maintains documentation of deliverables. Requirements: The successful candidate will have a BS degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field. This position requires development and test experience, desired three years or more. Hands-on work experience in an Agile environment is strongly desired. The ideal candidate will possess experience that includes: Leadership/Communication: * Ability to work with a team of development/testers, both locally and remotely, to meet delivery expectations * Ability to develop clear, concise and comprehensive documentation * Ability to work with a variety of technical teams and product teams * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented dynamic environment, under aggressive deadlines * Ability to communicate effectively in an oral and written manner with local and remote teams Team Member Skills: * Well-versed in Agile Methodologies, (plus - working with the Scrum Process) * Ability to evaluate user stories and transfer them to a supporting set of deliverables that have been fully tested * Ensures proper test activity by communicating changes in his/her software deliverables * Ability to develop and manage long-term test strategies and contribute to the overall planning and delivery process * Develop processes and tools to increase unit / component testing and independence from other components * Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems Technology/Tools: *Object Oriented Design and Experienced with OO Design Patterns *Programming experience, desired areas .NET, C, C++, Visual Basic, Java, HTML, etc. * Testing and Test Automation experience, desired areas GUI Automation, Scripting, etc. * Extensive Operating System Experience Windows (Client and Server) * Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, etc.) * Computer Hardware Experience (building systems, installing hardware/drivers, troubleshooting) The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and programming skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment and with all levels within the organization and with external contacts.
