Job Description Analyst: PMP Certification, Business Analysis, Communication Skills, Testing Tools SQL Database VB .NET 4.X C

Description:

Client is conducting a fair and impartial competitive procurement process to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to supplement its internal staff with a team of contracted staff with the following skill sets: Project Manager, Business Analytics, Testing Support, and Data Conversion and Migration. The proposed team of contracted staff will operate in the same capacity as the internal staff. Solicitation of vendor assistance is deemed necessary to allow LWC the appropriate skill sets and additional staff resources to implement a new Unemployment Insurance (UI) Tax software module and Job Ready Enhancements. These advancements will automate employer registration, wage and tax filing, tax collections process, field audit functionality, federal reporting requirements, work key information and occupational crosswalk functionality for job seekers and audit processes, while also integrating the user with workforce
job information. Contract staff must be able to work with current staff under the direction of the contract project manager.

Project Manager:

*An undergraduate degree and at least 3 years experience in managing
complex IT (or ERP related subject-matter areas) projects that demonstrates an understanding of systems functionality and interoperability.
*Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Business Analyst:

*An undergraduate degree and at least 3 years experience with systems
integration related subject-matter area projects that demonstrate an
understanding of IT systems functionality and interoperability.
*A solid understanding of business processes and/or IT applications
development which includes: knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques,
including demonstrated experience in systems/business-process analysis;excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated leadershipskills; excellent negotiation skills; ability to manage highly complex situations and relationships; strong decision-making skills; and effective organizational and interpersonal skills are essential to working effectively with a wide variety of resources both internally and externally.
*Unemployment Insurance experience preferred

Testing Support Analyst:

*An undergraduate degree and at least 3 years experience with systems
integration related subject-matter area projects that demonstrate an
understanding of IT systems functionality, and interoperability.
*A solid understanding of business processes and/or IT applications
development which includes: knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques,
including demonstrated experience in systems/business-process analysis;excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated leadership skills; excellent negotiation skills; ability to manage highly complex situations and relationships; strong decision-making skills; and effective organizational and interpersonal skills are essential to working effectively with a wide variety of resources both internally and externally

Data Conversion & Migration Analyst:

*5 years experience with data manipulation especially in the areas of SQL database reporting, VB.NET, and COBOL/CICS mainframe applications.
*5 years experience in Data migration and conversions, including developer experience writing data migration scripts.
*5 years experience in COBOL programming required, including writing data extraction scripts.
*5 years experience in EasyTrieve Plus required.
*Strong analytical skills in identifying and resolving data exchange issues.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
*Experience with VSAM legacy system conversions to SQL database
environment system preferred.
*WebFocus Data Migration tools experience preferred
*DBA related
