The proposed team of contracted staff will operate in the same capacity as the internal staff. Solicitation of vendor assistance is deemed necessary to allow LWC the appropriate skill sets and additional staff resources to implement a new Unemployment Insurance (UI) Tax software module and Job Ready Enhancements. These advancements will automate employer registration, wage and tax filing, tax collections process, field audit functionality, federal reporting requirements, work key information and occupational crosswalk functionality for job seekers and audit processes, while also integrating the user with workforce job information. Contract staff must be able to work with current staff under the direction of the contract project manager. Project Manager: *An undergraduate degree and at least 3 years experience in managing complex IT (or ERP related subject-matter areas) projects that demonstrates an understanding of systems functionality and interoperability. *Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
