REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES TYPICALLY NEEDED TO PERFORM THIS JOB SUCCESSFULLY: 1. Excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to communicate verbally and in writing with both non-technical end-users and technical staff 2. Ability to schedule and facilitate productive meetings and drive outcomes. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 4. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. 5. Excellent organization, problem solving, and planning skills. 6. Ability to interface with executives and stakeholders regarding issues of project scope and status. 7. Demonstrated knowledge of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental design and development. 8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints. 9. Demonstrated conflict resolution skills. 10. Demonstrated ability to solve problems, make decisions, and lead projects with minimal direction. 11. Project planning skills to support full resource utilization 12. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development principles. 13. Knowledge of requirements-management and capacity planning tools to assist with scrum team planning (Jira, Rally/Central Agile, Version1, etc.). 14.
