Participate in defining approaches and priorities. * Perform research and create deliverables as required by Project Manager. * Creation of Detailed Use Cases * Creation of architectural plan * Creation of environment plan * Database schema creation and relationship diagram development * Writing test plans * Writing and executing Test Cases * Support the development of end-user training materials and end-user documentation * Prepare and deliver presentations for training and as required by Project Manager * Provide operational support * Participate in product deployment Required Skills: * 3-6+ years experience in business analysis techniques * 3-6+ years experience in systems architectural design * Expert knowledge of systems and/or business analysis/design concepts * Knowledge of the Unified Process method of project implementation * Bachelors degree or equivalent education/work experience * Must be self motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills * Proven oral and written communication skills; excellent business presentation skills * Ability to work independently * Proficient in English grammar, usage, mechanics, and composition * Ability to effectively use MS Office tools, including Visio, Project, Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint. * Experience in SQL, Clear-Quest, Rational Test Manager reporting tools a plus * A thorough understanding of relational databases and data models   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
