Typically at the start of a new project, but also in an ongoing manner. Also identify where those processes can be improved by new technology. • Communicate new technology needs that have been identified with development Teams. This also includes communicating initial ideas so developers can make their own suggestions about how to solve the problem. • Design the high-level structure of New Technology Solutions, including the emerging technologies that development teams may use. This also includes planning the resources needed to implement the new solution and identifying potential roadblocks. • Oversee all the moving parts of the project Implementation once implementation has begun. Ensure different teams are working well together and accomplishing all objectives. • Post implementation, Measure Performance of New System. If anything was missed during implementation, be responsible for correcting the oversight. • Analyze, Design, Develop / Implement software solutions for health and human services industry using Java, J2EE, React JS, JavaScript, Spring, JDK in a UNIX and Cloud environment. • Sound knowledge of Database and SQL in an Oracle environment is a must. • Backend development experience: Oracle SQL, Servlet development, Stored Procedures, Complex Queries, Triggers, Indexes and Query Optimization • Define and design application tiers; review, implement systems frameworks for application needs and security validation • Contribute and participate in requirements gathering, documentation, prototype development, analysis of data. • Resolve defects and bugs, debug application modules, prepare and deploy patch releases • Ensure smooth deployment of major features, monitor and resolve performance and resource utilization issues. Required Background: • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. • 6-8 years of experience in enterprise Java development • Expert communicator who knows how to effectively convey technical concepts and ideas to everyone involved in the project. This includes communicating verbally and through written means. • Prior experience as technical project manager, who knows exactly how to lead a project from implementation to completion • Possess all relevant certifications based on the technology being used.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
