Responsibilities: * Ensuring the effective planning and implementation of the IT components involved in IFM integrations * Coordinating all the IT groups involved in a particular project including but not limited to ITD, ANF IT, Agency IT departments and external vendors * Working with business stakeholders, facilities managers, clients and tenants to determine infrastructure, connectivity, data, telephony and network requirements for the IFM Program and individual facilities and documenting them * Developing, in concert with client, a turnkey methodology for the discovery, design, implementation, rollout, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components * Developing standard checklists, templates, and an IT project plan that could be utilized to integrate each of the 124 sites in the IFM portfolio * Oversee implementation of the project plan for the IT components in each facility. Coordinate and oversee IT teams responsible for project related tasks. This includes setup, implementation and ongoing management of all IT infrastructure integration components. * Lead the evaluation and selection of third party solutions/providers * Establishing standards and best practices for ongoing support of the IT infrastructure in each facility (Telephone, Fiber, Applications, Networks, Security and Data) including roles and responsibilities of clients and the Agency occupants * Ensure alignment with IT Consolidation Strategies, Commonwealth IT standard, and clients strategic direction * Participate on the clients CAMIS Implementation Committee as clients upgrades the Capital Asset Management Information System (CAMIS) * Define an IT operations support model and processes that will enable clients to effectively manage their data and infrastructure Required Skills: * Experience planning and leading the design and installation of telephony, network, phone and computer networks for multi-tenant commercial and government facilities * 5+ years of strong project management and the ability to lead diverse multi-functional teams to successful outcomes * Ability to manage scope, budget and timelines for a portfolio of IT infrastructure projects * Deep knowledge of computer networks, telephone, fiber, and related connectivity hardware, software and best practices * Customer relations skills and the ability to communicate IT issues to non-IT staff * Excellent documentation, reporting and presentation skills * Experience with building automation systems and facility infrastructure management desirable   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
