The incumbent must be technically competent in information technology. Additional Responsibilities : * Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility that allow for quality relations with a variety of internal and external customers * Maintenance of appointment calendar * Management of day-to-day operations of the Springfield Data Center Program Manager * Organization and support of departmental meetings * Drafting correspondence * Screening and responding to in-coming communications Required Skills : * Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint: Knowledge of CAs Clarity and Wiki a plus. * Work with minimal supervision * Familiarity with information technology hardware and software. * Ability to balance and prioritize a variety of projects * Rigorous attention to detail and problem solving skills * Exceptional organizational and analytical skills * Excellent oral and written presentation skills * Meticulous record keeping abilities * Meticulous attention to detail   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
