Essential Job Requirements: Project Planning and Management – Define project scope and schedule in collaboration with stakeholders and technical team; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues, escalating to Product Manager if needed; correct deviations from plans; and conduct delivery planning for assigned projects Business Analysis - Partner with business and technology to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements. Use iterative design and development techniques to communicate and document design (workflows, mockups, wireframes, Agile –User stories etc.) Governance – Define and document SharePoint Services governance policies and procedures. Team Management – Assist in team development while holding the Agile Product teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members Product Owner Support – Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance Team building – promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team Qualifications: • Minimum of 8 years of Project Manager experience leading technology software development projects including practices such as scope management, change management, risk management, escalation, etc. • Ability to develop strong client relationships and develop strategies and solutions of high business value • Ability to apply project management knowledge to real world scenarios • Experience leading projects in large, complex development environments with multiple types of development platforms • Excellent Visio and MS Office skills • Demonstrated experience in writing business rules, user stories and functional specifications as well as end user documentation, job aids and support materials. • Ability to plan and facilitate workshops and meetings; including prioritization activities • Excellent written and verbal communications • Experience with O365 and SharePoint online preferred • Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar preferred • PMP certification preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
