Participate in defining approaches and priorities for satisfying project needs o Support with the development of business training materials o Participate in the development of required project presentations Required: o 3-6+ years experience working as a business analyst. In-depth knowledge of systems and/or business analysis/design concepts. Knowledge of the Unified Process method of project implementation o Experience working in a Desktop / Intranet and web environments o An adaptability to learning new skills and an ability to translate technical and business concepts o Bachelors degree or equivalent education/work experience o Must be a self motivated team player, well organized and have strong analytical skills o Proficient oral and written communication skills; excellent business presentation skills; ability to work independently o Ability to effectively use MS Office tools, including Visio, Project, Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint o A conceptual understanding of relational databases and data models o Experience in SQL, IBM Rational Clear-Quest, IBM Rational Test Manager and reporting tools a plus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
