The Analyst will function as both an Access Administrator and Security Analyst. Primary responsibilities will be to work closely with the Security Lead, Agency Access and Systems Administrators, end-users, third-party vendors, and the Helpdesk team to analyze access and systems security controls and requests. The Analyst will also facilitate new business on/off boarding, document security profiles and operational procedures. Cross collaborate - with a high caliber of customer services - the Chief Security Office, business partners, auditors and internal teams to ensure security standards and controls are met and maintained. DUTIES: • Adhere to EOHHS and MassHealth access and security policies and standards. Ensure that all unit business is conducted in a professional and cooperative manner while maintaining confidentiality compliance. • Process systems access requests for the creation, maintenance and termination of user accounts, groups, and roles accessing MassHealth Enterprise Applications and in accordance with MassHealth Account Profile Matrix. • Provide quality assurance for all accounts created. • Document all work related to account requests through the central ticketing system. • Act as Security Lead back-up when needed. • Lead efforts to produce security documentation supporting applications, operations, and technical procedures. • Troubleshoot problems reported by users and assist in the root-cause analysis as it relates to security issue resolution. Provide written analysis of findings and make confident decisions and recommendations. • Contribute to the design and testing of security systems to ensure compliance with security standards. • Contribute to the continual process improvement of routine audits, security processes, procedures and tools. • Work closely with internal application teams, business managers, and third-party vendors to conduct security audits and reports. • Execute special-projects as assigned. EXPERIENCE/QUALFICATIONS: • Three years relevant experience. • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e., Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and VISIO. • Prior government or healthcare experience EDUCATION: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security preferred • Security Certification preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
