Qualifications: • Undergraduate degree in instructional design, learning theories, training and development or related field. Graduate degree preferred. • 3-5 years experience as lead in instructional design, including developing and delivering self-paced, interactive, instructional, and webinar content. • Proven knowledge of adult and cognitive learning theories. • Excellent creative, analytical, and communication skills. • Independent worker with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing tasks and demands. • Experience developing content for a variety of audiences including those with accessibility requirements is strongly preferred.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
