This role will be integral to the NGRID PAM initiative and will be involved in multiple other projects and will directly interface with the security teams at NGRID. An ideal candidate would be able to configure, deploy, maintain and monitor the CyberArk solution for smooth and scalable operation. This Vault Admin will work closely with the PAM enablement team in ongoing integrations and will help establish a strong base to build the PAM Support team. The Vault Administrators are responsible for maintaining the application layer of the CyberArk Suite. The Vault Admins are the executors of CyberArk support team and will work closely with the SMEs to understand and carry out any activities that arise as part of new organizational initiatives or onboarding of new CyberArk modules. Responsibilities and Duties: • Lead technical integrations with applications • Provide best practices and knowledge transfers on CyberArk components or functionality. • Ensure the solution has the most recent security updates as well as any security patches from CyberArk Software, Inc. • Respond to security requests and initiatives from NGRID security architecture teams. • Define new CyberArk policies and controls and creation of policies as defined by Risk/Audit/IT Security. • Document new functionality and update documents outlining the configuration of CyberArk. • Interfacing with Quality Assurance and Infrastructure management teams to ensure smooth operation of the product. • Resolve end user issues. Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related field or equivalent work experience. • Three years of CyberArk Knowledge. • CyberArk certified delivery expert. • Certified Sentry in CyberArk. • Experience troubleshooting Windows/*NIX/and Database applications. • Hands on experience with Windows and Unix administration. • Excellent knowledge of best practices within CyberArk around password management and auditability. • Great at organizing and maintaining long term goals while prioritizing short term item. Current Goals: • Onboarding infrastructure servers into CyberArk • Integrations with SAP applications (FIT, HANA) ESRI, MAXIMO, SAPGUI and other SaaS applications (Salesforce, Mule Soft, MAXIMO, Workforce Etc.) • PTA workflows and implementation. • Continuous improvement of the solution for a better, and more secure, end user experience.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
