Our client is currently seeking four innovative, adaptable, and results-oriented Atlassian Administrators to support and maintain Data Center instances of Atlassian tooling, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and apps for each Atlassian application. The Atlassian Administrators will work with IT tool owners to integrate their tools with Atlassian tooling, and also with solutions & service development teams to resolve issues, keep the tools updated and to enhance or extend functionality. Key Accountabilities Manage and support administrative functions for the Atlassian toolset Evaluate and manage the use of Atlassian apps for Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket to meet business needs Create and troubleshoot JQL queries, and assist with reports and dashboards for customer teams Develop, test, and deploy integrations between Atlassian products and other internal systems Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Atlassian products, administration best practices, and agile methodology best practices Promote adoption and best practice of Atlassian suite across the user community Required Skills: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of overall IT experience 1+ year of experience administering and supporting Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket Scripting experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills and comfort working face-to-face with non-technical users Desired Skills (not required but candidate will have exposure to these skills in this role): Experience with Azure, AWS or similar cloud technology Proficient in database administration Experience working within an Agile environment Additional Requirements: Candidate must be able to pass a background check and drug test   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
