The position will entail: Developing project plan to meet key milestone dates as determined by the client Updating the plan on a very frequent basis Coordinating the activities of the business and IT leads Ensuring best practices are followed for an Oracle cloud implementation and ensuring the project plan reflects these best practices Drive Documentation Standards Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems Advise client in a timely fashion of risks to the timeline and options to mitigate these risks Develop and implement a change management process Ensure IT and business are aligned on required tasks to meet all key milestone dates Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner Interacting with the project team members responsible for developing functional specifications, technical specifications, reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, application extensions and test scripts / scenarios Providing status and issue reports to the CIO, CFO, COO & Global Controller Sharing knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology Must Have Skills: Over 5 years of Oracle program management ERP experience and over 2 years experience with managing oracle cloud implementation that includes: Ability to work on all project phases: project preview, fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing, cutover and go-live support Professional Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to negotiate and drive trade off discussions related to timeline and scope Ability to work with executives Strong presentation skills Ability to conduct workshops with functional and business users   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
