Experience with HP tools such as Systinet and PolicyEnforcer (PE) are highly preferred. Duties include system administration such as installation, configuration, and testing of Tibco components in both unix and wintel environments, as well as the development of business logic and data mappings using Tibco middleware tools. Consult and coordinate closely with internal/external clients on complex and/or ambiguous issues/projects to gather information/requirements, advice on technology choices, and confirms project specifications. Undertake complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge and develop practical, workable, and cost-effective solutions to business problems to satisfy client requirements. Monitor progress against project time-frame and goals. Consult and/or actively participate in the management and optimization of computing resources which could involve multiple functional areas. Monitor project schedules and costs, take action to stay on schedule and maintain cost. Act as a source of direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff.
