Job Description Specialist: LMS Experience, Instructional Design, Project Management Skills, Reports Data Collection

Job Description: Participates in, and conducts company training programs. Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development. May be involved in initial plan design and existing plan enhancements. Requires a bachelors degree in a related area and 5-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

- Strong instructional design, facilitation and project management skills

In order to meet the existing commitments and complete the improvements necessary in the areas of ROI tracking and talent management metrics, we need additional contractor resources to perform the following activities.

Facilitate instructor-led segments of EL and ME

LD

Edit content and make design changes as necessary based program feedback

- Emerging Leaders: Review initial use of program materials, confirm edits with TM leads and complete edits

- Manager Essentials: Review initial use of program materials, confirm edits with TM leads and complete edits

- LD Toolkit: Manage documents for LD Toolkit, support redesign into SharePoint v10 format

LD

Collect data for metrics and reporting

- Complete needs assessment for metrics LD program (Metrics that Matter?)

- Ensure data collection mechanism for all programs
- SDP: Change management from Pulse Survey to new resource

- Roll out of new metrics program

- Implement reporting processes

- Support creation of reports

LD

- Support the needs assessment of existing LD programs based on findings from executive development diagnostic
-SDP: Conduct full needs assessment

-PTL: Complete

-LDL: Add 360 and coaching, adding virtual cohort experiences (maybe using ON24), program re-design based on exec dev. outcome)

LD

Facilitate PTL in-house

- Attend TTT

- Facilitate all sessions of PTL enterprise-wide

LD

Provide on-going curriculum design and facilitation for new programs
(as needed)

TMOD

Support the revamping of program assessments in Q3 and Q4 through (e.g. data collection, system conversion to new platform)

TMOD

Support administrative tasks and implement LMS solutions for PTL and LDL
