Candidate must be local : Yes Job Description : It is seeking a Systems Administrator to be the technical point of contact for Retirement plans in the Workday platform for a large IT client in the greater Baltimore area. This individual will be joining a team of 6 but expected to be able to work independently throughout the day. This position will start remote but then be in the office when the office is reopened. Typical Responsibilities may include: Serve as technical point of contact ensuring data integrity maintenance, system modifications, report writing, document maintenance, system audits, solving tenant configurations and integration issues and making recommendations for process changes. Review business procedures/workflows to ensure system features are being fully utilized and identify Workday features that may improve efficiency Perform analysis into root cause of problems and resolve as appropriate Test and modify retirement plans in Workday Assembles and prepare program and system documents for change control request Act as point person for upgrades/releases, fixes, testing and other technical projects as assigned including partnering on training, content and delivery Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to direct and coordinate the design and configuration of the Retirement Benefits in the Workday system. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with systems and workday program users. Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously Knowledge of the interrelationship of systems analysis, computer programming, and information technology operations.
