Ability to adapt and be productive in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills supporting multiple stakeholders and business operations with both technical and non-technical Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project) Bachelors degree and minimum 12 years of relevant experience in solution engineering and architecture, including ServiceNow. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelors degree 5+ years experience of ServiceNow development and / or ServiceNow implementation Expert knowledge of ServiceNow toolset and integrations with external systems Experience with ITIL, Service Management, HTML and CSS Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated leader with team-oriented interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interface with a broad range of people and roles Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused attitude and ability to deal with ambiguity Proven team player and team builder Education Certification Requirements: Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree preferred ITIL Foundation and ServiceNow Administration   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
