Provide project leadership on managing and delivering large scale application enhancements, cloud migration/integration, mobile development, systems architecture, Salesforce applications, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) based solutions initiatives involving multi-disciplinary teams with external and internal stakeholders. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide timely status updates and risks/issues associated with the project execution. Conduct technical research, perform analysis, prepare comprehensive reports, documents and other research material for internal and external audiences. Effectively apply industry standard project management methodologies and enforce best practices to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities. Plan, coordinate, conduct and lead analysis of IT system architecture decisions, business processes, 508 compliance, CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and other best practices. Manage project scope, lead requirements elicitation, coordinate technical development and deliver software solutions with high quality standards. Track the progress of projects and provide project health reports to the PMO, senior management and project oversight committees. Effectively direct, manage and control all project activities and deliverables, through all phases of the project lifecycle. Note: The candidate must have the flexibility to work overtime as needed, including weekends, holidays, and off-hours. Minimum Qualifications A minimum of five (5) years of hands-on project management experience in full life cycle implementation of complex enterprise technology solutions. A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in an Agile (SAFe) or equivalent software development and project management environments. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing large scale complex application enhancements, Salesforce, cloud applications initiatives. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in preparing comprehensive analytical and technical research reports, presentations, tables, graphs, and other observations and studies for the presentation to technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated experience in conducting technical research and performing analysis identifying and implementing processes, best practices and cutting-technology solutions. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary technical and non-technical teams supporting large enterprise IT systems. Demonstrated expertise in analyzing business processes, converting healthcare marketplace requirements into technical solutions, coordinating application development, testing, and implementation. Prior experience in coordinating system architecture work groups or similar functions in making strategic IT decisions on cutting-edge technology solutions. Possess strong project management skills and the ability to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines. Hands-on experience in utilizing project management tools such as MS Project, VersionOne, JIRA or equivalent.
