Implement logical data base design in an Oracle database, utilizing best practices in the proper use of SQL (triggers, indices, views, data types, transaction management, performance tuning, clustering security, backup and restore methodologies) Support test teams to develop and execute scripts to create test data Support database architect to migrate large historical databases Develop and integrate solutions using various open source architectures Support technical discussions to provide guidelines and approach to team Collaborate with team to design new features and functionality Present solution to stakeholders for various reviews Support security assessments as required Serve as a mentor to technical team Monitor progress against deliverables, employing effective risk and issue management strategies Required Skills 7 + years working with large Oracle databases 7 + years writing pl/sql and sql code Experience in transforming large data in a data warehouse Experience with Inmon and/or Kimball data modeling approaches 3 – 7 years estimating, planning, and executing complex projects using Agile methodologies Collaborating in a multiple team environment Strong query tuning and performance problem solving skills Strong SQL DDL, DML, and SQL Procedural Language (PLSQL) coding skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptionally strong communication skills, verbal and written. Includes the ability to effectively communicate complex information to audiences with varying technical and system backgrounds and at multiple organizational levels Self-starter with ability to work in a team environment Experience supporting CMS Medicare or Medicaid programs Experience writing software design technical specifications Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks simultaneously and complete work within allocated time-frames Desired Skills: Proven experience with: Supporting client stakeholders with varying levels of Agile experience Proficient in MS Project, MS Word, and MS Excel Required Education / Certifications Computer Science degree or Bachelors Degree in a related major   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
