Banking Compliance background is strongly preferred, but banking audit, project or quality review experience with six sigma experience (FMEA) may be acceptable. Critical thinking skills are a necessity. Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel and Visio. Responsibilities: Document detailed business process reviews; Identify compliance and operational risks associated with the process. Document, track, and report on remediation plans for risks or issues identified through these reviews. Prepare management reports to summarize findings relating to compliance analysis. Provide guidance to business partners relating to the development of controls for critical business processes to mitigate compliance/operational risk Assist with the development/documentation of Standard Operating Procedures Identify opportunities for and conduct ongoing and targeted compliance monitoring and/or testing Requirements: Knowledge of Consumer Protection Regulations (Regulation E, B, Z, UDAAP, etc.) - Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation a plus Strong written and oral communications skills Solid analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Results-oriented individual with ability to identify dependencies and leverage multiple sources of information at once Qualifications: Comfortable with balancing multiple, competing priorities and changes in scope / direction Capable of operating independently with minimal management supervision Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with peers and business support partners Ability to work effectively in a complex environment Banking Compliance background is preferred, but audit , project management or quality review experience may be acceptable. ** Audit Prep **   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
