The primary objective of this position will be to administer these environments aw well as assist management in ensuring that proper Change and Incident management processes are followed within the team. Successful candidates will possess excellent organizational and communication skills. They will need to be able to work closely with members of their immediate team, the larger Windows Infrastructure Services team and all other IT or business groups as circumstances arise. They will be well versed in the technologies dscribed below and understand proper operational disciplines as identified in ITIL or MOF.
