This position will have a primary responsibility with the planning, aggregation, and management of monthly Dashboards that will be supplied to our business partners. In addition, this roll will be heavily involved as a PPM Team representative in an enterprise effort to enhance and improve Project Server functionality; including attending meetings and reporting back on status, enhancements to reporting, and testing of new functionality. Finally, this roll will assist the PPM Team with any ad hoc reporting requests, compliance needs, reporting needs, and Business Objects reporting. In general, this roll will aggregate, analyze, and transform portfolio data and information and generate results in the form of emails, reports, presentations, SharePoint lists, and charts/graphs. This role will have involvement in the portfolio SDLC standardization and participate in governance of the DMS engagement model. Demonstrated ability to translate functional business requirements into technical specifications Demonstrated advanced analytical and problem solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, & Visio. Experience using Microsoft SharePoint to build pages, lists, and document libraries.
