The candidate should also have a minimum of three years of experience with ESM developing Use Cases, tuning correlation, categorization and the prioritization of events. * A background in vulnerability management and intrusion detection and prevention is strongly encouraged. Required Skills : * Must possess operational, architect level experience in ArcSight ESM and Logger (2-7 years). * Minimum of two (2) years experience working in an ArcSight operational environment with analysts or two (2) years of experience integrating ArcSight with 3rd party log and event management solutions. * ArcSight certifications: ACSA, ACIA (are a plus) * Experience with the ArcSight HIPAA and SOX Compliance Packs is a plus. * Strong understanding of TCP/IP network architecture and implementation is a must; ideal candidate will have worked within complex TCP/IP networks. * System administration experience on any of the following platforms (e.g. Microsoft Windows, Linux, HP-UX, AIX, Sun Solaris, etc.). * Excellent time management, reporting, and communication skills.
