The qualified individual will be part of a collaborative and agile team that supports and builds modern, standards-based responsive web application for mission-critical health IT solutions. The right candidate will have strong experience in Business Analysis & Requirements gathering as it pertains to CRMs or specifically Salesforce. Location: Woodlawn, MD Duration: Temp to Perm Compensation: Competitive based on years of relevant experience & education Clearance: Able to obtain & maintain a position of Public Trust Responsibilities: Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a clients business requirements and fulfill user stories Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training Required Qualifications: Must have Bachelors Degree & 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis & Requirements gathering Minimum of 2 years of experience working on projects utilizing CRM products, such as Salesforce, to develop client or business solutions. Proven experience writing business requirements and functional requirements on large enterprise-wide projects. Experience creating detailed test cases/scripts for Salesforce components such as CRM, Sales, and Marketing. Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams Proven experience working with both IT and Business users in the development of new process/functionality, to include facilitating business requirements sessions. Experience using Visio, and the MS Office set of tools to include MS Project. To include experience using MS Project to define & track the requirements gathering part of a project Hands-on experience using requirements management tools such as: Doors, HP ALM, etc… Must have in-death experience working in an Agile/Scrum environments Preferred Qualifications: Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements Experience using Jira, Confluence, and/or TestRail Any past experience working projects/programs in the Federal Health, Healthcare, Financial, or DOD arena Past experience working in AWS or Cloud environments Any certification in Salesforce Administration   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
