RESPONSIBILITIES: - Capture requirements and tasks for multiple projects. - Work closely with technical leads to gather requirements and timelines for multiple projects. - Develop MS project plans for infrastructure projects. - Assist in the creation and support of the IPMO. - Effectively communicate project expectations to team leads. - Liaise with other project managers on an ongoing basis. - Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. - Identify personnel requirements for project completion. - Set and continually manage project expectations with team members. - Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. - Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. - Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. - Track project milestones and deliverables. - Deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations. - Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. - Coach, mentor, motivate and support project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. - Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
