Description :

The Business Analyst 5 position will work as a contract resource for the State of Michigan - Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) on a project for the Department of Health and Human Services. The resource will act in ScrumMaster and BA roles for a public loan forgiveness submission website and an internal submission review and approval web application. The resource will gather requirements from the business users, run development meetings, write user stories, and develop test plans and cases for the project.

• 5+ years of experience gathering requirements from users.
• 5+ years of experience acting as SCRUM Master for development team.
• 3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps / TFS using boards.
• 5+ years of experience gathering requirements from users.
• 5+ years of experience creating wireframes or screen mockups.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile / SCRUM processes and working for an Sprint Development team.
• 5+ years of experience translating development requirements into user stories and acceptance requirements.
• 3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps / TFS using boards.
• 5+ years of experience acting as SCRUM Master for development team.
• 5+ years of experience running sprint planning and review meetings.
• 5+ years of experience writing test plans and use cases.
