Description : ------------------------------------------------------ The Programmer Analyst 6 positions will work as contract resource for the State of Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) in a staff augmentation capacity. The resources will act as a developer and analyst in an agile environment on a small development team to write and test code to implement the user stories and requirements for various ongoing new development and maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities: • Maintenance and Support development tasks. • Assist with development of new applications. • Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team. Required Skills & Years of Experience: • 10+ years overall Programmer Analyst experience. • 5+ years of .NET CORE 3.1 or higher (6.0 preferred) and C# experience. • 5+ years of experience with Agile/SCRUM processes and working for a Sprint Development team. • 5+ years of experience developing with REST web service interfaces. • 3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps / TFS using boards and code repository. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Be autonomous and think creatively. • Great interpersonal skills and can be collaborative. • MUST be eligible to convert to a fulltime employee upon the States decision.
