Resource will need to be proactive with their communication and have solid critical thinking skills. • Must be collaborative, open-minded, and willing to adapt to the states processes. Will work closely with Program and Portfolio Managers and must be open to additional leaderships oversight. • Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification highly desired. • 5+ Years of Agile Experience highly desired. Exercises management responsibility over the achievement of performance, revenue, and profit objectives of a project and its contracts. Ensures that the project plan maintains tasks, schedules, estimates, and status, and disseminates information to team members and customers. Creates a structure and organization for the management of a complex environment with emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency.
