This role will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects that enhance data exchange between public health agencies, healthcare providers, and community partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health informatics, stakeholder engagement, and project management methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure interoperability goals are met - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations - Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communication strategies - Monitor project progress and prepare reports for leadership and funders - Identify and mitigate project risks and barriers - Promote adoption of interoperability tools and workflows Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in public health, Health Informatics, or related field (Masters preferred) - 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in public health or healthcare IT - PMP certification required - CAPM or Agile certification preferred - Familiarity with health data standards and public health systems - Experience with public health programs, clinical systems, or IT infrastructure is highly valuable. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills - Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
