Must possess high level understanding in the areas of project management methodology, web application programming, content management systems, API, database, and system design. Identification of the technical approach to be used on a given project and manage the system development process. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including developers, product owners, and subject matter experts. Advocate for change and effectively communicate project value, including navigating individual viewpoints and building consensus.
