These mission critical applications capture payment information to support our commercial customers. In addition to supporting the health of the systems the application team creates customer export files. The position also has task the support our Operations area in research and development activities. Detailed Description: Develop extract programs in customer desired formats that meet the SLA timelines for implementation. Research and help support Vulnerability patching as needed. Ensure that assigned deliverables are planned and completed. For example, planning/scope estimates, detailed design, development, unit testing, defect fixes, implementation planning/execution, change controls, and production support/incident resolution. Track and report on the development progress completing deliverables (code, documentation, estimates, etc) using systems like TFS Contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and unit testing strategy. Diagnose root causes to complex technical problems like performance, availability, internal and external application integrations, database, middleware (webserver, application server, WebSphere, etc), network, etc. Provide production support on rotational bases with other team members. Research and facilitate the monitoring, high availability and support methodology for our production environment. Maintain evergreen system documentation containing design content, developer guidelines, onboarding procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree 3 years of hands on development experience using Java EE technologies that provide web services, and incoming/outgoing file processing. Examples: SQL, .net, C#, asp.net, CSS Preferred Qualifications: Work independently and with minimal supervision. Possess excellent analytical skill Possess excellent communication skills Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and/or Agile Framework Experience in the banking industry, especially in the payments business is preferred Experience with Wausau Lockbox and Remote Deposit Capture is a plus Experience using monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Zenoss, Splunk, and log files to evaluate the health of mission critical production applications and to identify root causes for performance and functional issues.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
