Specific experience/skills Kronos Version 8.1.4 : Version 7 or higher is OK. 8 is preferred. FV is on it, HE is now moving onto it. 8000 converted to Lawson and downstream into Kronos. Go-live of Jan1 2020. 1 pay cycle and 1 pay date for all of Fairview. Mergers / Acquisition (we are integrating a new population into an existing Kronos instance). Build and configuration: (Work rules or building blocks) Pay Policies: converting contract specific pay/work rules to LFV Kronos and/or combine practices to existing LFV where we can and build any new needed. Adjustment Rules Percent Allocation Pay Rules, Holidays Work Rules Pay Code Distribution Pay Zone & Holiday Pay Zones Rebuilding Genies & Hyperfind queries – only if necessary – Operational Reports – rebuild (move JETT scripting) – only if necessary Scheduled Events (confirm if needs to be done by end users or can be ported over) Setting up permanent floats Function Access Profile & Navigators – assumption is nothing new – Premise is they will shift people into the existing FV structure.
