The clients Cloud Ops team is responsible for the delivery and support of Microsoft Azure and AWS systems and services, as well as implementing cloud-specific projects for internal software development and the business. The Cloud Administrator role provides monitoring and support for our cloud environments including security configurations, patching, and troubleshooting. Minimum Required: Education: • Undergraduate in the sciences or certification in cloud infrastructure management Experience: • 2-3 years experience in cloud services administration • Experience with Azure or AWS • Experience in using monitoring tools • Experience in implementing automation in a production environment • Experience with network administration • Experience supporting Windows in a production environment • Knowledge of one or more scripting languages preferred • Experience with agile and DevOps model Skills: • Experience with cloud services. • Relationship building expertise with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, customers and external alliances • Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and status to technical audiences. • Self-reliant, assertive and passionate • Knowledge of Windows Operating System fundamentals • Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, facilitation and problem solving skills • Fault analysis/determination and problem-solving skills Preferred: Education: • Undergraduate in computer science or computer information systems Experience: • Experience with both Azure and Amazon Web Services. • Experience with automation and active scripting languages including PowerShell. • Experience with at least one configuration technology including: Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. • Good understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC). • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse teams and personalities • Excellent written and verbal skills with proven ability to effectively present to Executives • Familiarity with computing infrastructures, including Data Security, Help Desk, Operations, Network Computing, Data Base and Application Development Skills: • Creative and innovative thinking • Analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot system problems   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
