The Multi-Channel Lead Management solution is focused on optimizing leads to the Community Bank sales channels through two primary vehicles: 1) managing leads with a focus on the customer and shareholder value and 2) channel routing and delivery. The environment is fast-paced and challenging with daily loads and business needs that necessitate quick issue resolution. Time will be spent in the following areas: 40% Analytical assessment for computer programming test case development (what-if scenarios) and simulation modeling 30% Code management and development for Extract, Transform, & Load (ETL) routines 30% Verification and quality assurance on code develop through test scripting, debugging, and test data manipulation These activities will entail: Providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs Collaboration with multiple technology teams primarily Enterprise Business Services, the Community Bank, multiple product partners, and marketing operations teams Partnership with a third-party vendor to ensure a holistic, fully integrated technical solution development into Wells Fargo systems Analysis of highly complex business requirements, designs and/or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors Preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs Managing the migration of technical platforms and applications to production Basic Qualifications 7+ years application development and implementation experience. Minimum Qualifications 4+ years experience working with working with large, complex data warehouses/data marts, specifically in Teradata 4+ years of proven experience with SQL and manipulating large datasets for business analysis purposes 4+ years of demonstrated experience with creating and deploying UNIX shell scripts in a production environment 3+ years Teradata analytic functions, query optimization, explain plans, parallelism, database tuning, and other advanced database topics 3+ years with Teradata utilities (e.g. BTEQ, Stored Procedures, Macros, Fastload, Multiload, Fast Export) Proven experience with ETL tools like Ab Initio (preferred), Datastage or Informatica 3+ years Unix experience 2+ years experience with configuration of ODBC drivers and file transfer protocols (NDM, Secure Shell, SFTP) 2+ years database marketing or lead generation experience (IBMs Unica Campaign or Teradatas Customer Interactions Manager) 1+ year deploying and maintaining production job schedules with AutoSys   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
