This position will lead the development and implementation of a highly complex internet and intranet application. It requires the use of advanced knowledge of web technologies, including Java, Java Script, HTML, XML, Access, multimedia applications, database modeling tools and/or database interactions. The candidate will develop service applications, analyze, develop and design business requirements, function solution design, reporting tools; and implement the most efficient solution. Responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards. Highly organized with great written and oral communication skills are a must. Required Skill Set/Experience: 7+ years of web development experience; including developing and programming web applications 7+ years of Java experience 5+ years of technical documentation experience 3+ year of RESTful API or SOAP web services 1+ with client side MVC and template libraries, Angular, etc. Skills that would be a Plus: Strong understanding of or experience with Server/Application encryption technology, encryption key management and information security policies. SharePoint and/or DreamWeaver design and development experience MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, Project) experience General security knowledge such as network, firewalls, and encryption. Must be organized and have rigorous attention to detail.
