Job Description : This position will be part of a growing Identity and Access Management team that manages a global Identity and Access Governance platform. As part of the IAM team, you will work on expanding the applications integrated into the IAG platform, as well as develop and improve process efficiency. Utilizing the IAG platform and related technologies, this position will help the IAM team build strategies, work with the business to improve IAM processes and expand the presence of the IAM program within the enterprise. 40% Design and Develop IAM Solutions • Install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, Federation, Privileged Account Management. • Development and testing of IAM solutions, processes and policies. 30% Monitoring and Governance • Monitor existing IAM implementations for problems and/or issues • Ensure governance processes and industry best practices are implemented correctly and working as designed 15% Analysis & Requirements Gathering • Assist in requirements gathering for IAM projects alongside experienced IAM professionals. • Meet with end users and Business Unit partners to understand business processes and create appropriate solution designs that meet these requirements. 10% Troubleshooting and Problem Solving • Implement fixes as needed to remediate problems • Collaboration with vendor product support to open, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to identify and remediate issues within IAM systems. 5% Any other duties as assigned Required Qualifications • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience • Scripting automation proficiency with at least one language. Powershell, vbscript or other. • Demonstrated Proficiency with Java • Experience with Tomcat Application Server on Microsoft Windows • Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ concepts and features • Experience with Eclipse and SailPoint IdentityIQ SSB • 2+ year of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ administration experience • 2+ year of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation experience • Demonstrated experience in independently managing priorities & workload effectively and making timely decisions. • Demonstrated customer focus skills and strong interpersonal skills in terms of effective listening, patience, composure, and conflict management. • Demonstrated effective teaming skills encompassing cross-functional teams, peer relationships, informing, and understanding and appreciating differences, with the ability to mentor and develop other team members. • Ability to present and translate technical information to business and IT teams • Ability to learn on the fly, manage through systems and complex processes, and have sufficient overall intellectual horsepower to address the demands of the team and environment. • Strong writing and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications • Demonstrated efforts to take initiative and drive to seek to understand. • Proven record of high performance in problem solving and collaboration • Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) • Experience with Microsoft SQL server and/or Oracle Database structures • Experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD, AzureAD) • Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, NEProfile)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
