Project Description: Projects include Growth strategy experiences that allows Best Buy to Pilot services in selected regions. In addition the teams day-to-day responsibilities include Best Buy/Geek Squad projects for installation and repair attach services to products. The team engages in customer experience research that is implemented from online to store retail following the customer journey to understand users buying habits and how they desire to have Best Buy products and services to integrate into their lifestyle. Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for: Visual designs that meet Best Buy branding standards Visual design that incorporates logic flows through design and development collaboration Integration with the Information Architecture process Interactive prototypes What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate? 5-7 years of design experience Graphic or web design skills Worked in a web environment building web pages Interaction design experience What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role? Adobe software, Photoshop minimum - must be an expert – illustrator or Photoshop required HTML & CSS ideal Hexcodes & margins ideal – to be able to communicate to frontend development team Invision prototyping experience is a plus What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be successful in this role?
