The first system will replace an existing system which helps OSP process applications to be a state vendor (Vendor Manager). The second system will track subcontractor payments, ideally interacting with the States PeopleSoft financial system. Requirements: - Five (5) years experience developing applications with the .Net application stack. - Each developer resource: Three (3) .Net engagements in which MS SQL Server DB was used as the database layer. - Project Manager resource: Five (5) years experience as a Project Manager for software development projects. - install and configure their desktop development environments.
