Management skills: • Highly capable in maintaining support documentation – issue, risks, ticket, logs, etc • Experience of creating management reports - e.g. status and progress reports Soft Skills: • Highly customer centric • Excellent English oral, written and presentation skills • Able to work under pressure and understand the importance of customer cycle close deadlines • Able to communicate at all levels • Able to work flexibly when demand requires • Good organizational skills, able to prioritize and work under pressure • Able to competently articulate solutions and problems to customers – both verbally or by presentation Other Skills: • A good understanding of the standard business accounts receivable and collections process • MS Office - word, excel, access and power-point   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
