It manages the interaction between disparate applications across the heterogeneous computing platforms. Middleware is an “intermediary.” This type of software is used in complex environments and it doesnt necessarily represent one-to-one interactions between software agents. Middleware is essential to Enterprise Application Integration (EAI). Middleware Software Administration is necessary for a successful middleware infrastructure. Expert knowledge of the software on which the application resides is required. Middleware System Administration is also necessary for a successful middleware infrastructure. Expert knowledge of the hardware architecture and operating system on which the middleware resides, along with an excellent working knowledge of the software from a technical perspective is required. The MCE system is a website where commercial motor carriers can get information, credentials and permits that they need to conduct business in Missouri. In addition the system is used to administer the enforcement of safety and economic regulations for commercial motor carriers. TMS is an AllFusion Gen developed application that houses statewide transportation information related to travelway infrastructure of the state of Missouri. This includes the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), Travelway Features, Bridge infrastructure, Traffic data, Accident data, Railroad data, and the Traveler Information Map. For critical support, it will be assumed, for evaluation purposes only, 2,100 hours of PAQ work will be performed during the contract period. The Offeror shall provide the classification titles and associated per hour rates for all classifications they intend to utilize. Issue documentation will include cost estimates based on hourly rates in this PAQ in order to determine estimates for complete work. The cost evaluation for this PAQ will be worth a total of 50 points. The Offeror shall agree and understand that the quantities used in the evaluation of cost are provided solely to document how cost will be evaluated. MoDOT makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy of the quantities stated nor does MoDOT intend to imply that the figures used for the cost evaluation in any way reflect neither actual nor anticipated usage.
