DESCRIPTION:

PROJECT APPROACH AND SCOPE OF WORK:
The Offeror must provide a detailed description and firm, fixed price for each deliverable. The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Offeror shall provide a work breakdown structure or project plan. The Offeror must also state when status reports will be provided and what will be included in those reports.

Background
The work covered by this PAQ is to provide for monitoring, maintaining, trouble shooting, and repairing key middleware
applications and migrations for both Informatica and Computer Associates (CA) Gen to ensure that The Missouri
Department of Transportation (MoDOT) infrastructure operates efficiently and provides the highest degree of
availability on a 24 hours per day, 7 day a week basis.

Middleware Software Administration is necessary for a successful middleware infrastructure. Expert knowledge of the
software on which the application resides is required.

Middleware System Administration is also necessary for a successful middleware infrastructure. Expert knowledge of
the operating system on which the middleware resides, along with an excellent working knowledge of the software from
a technical perspective is required

Minimum skillsets required:
Staff assigned to this PAQ must possess 10+ years software administrative experience in the following:
o CAGen Model Management, including good working knowledge of CAGen version 8 Model Management
o CAGen Model generation
o TMS experience including Bridge, Travelways, Safety, Traffic and Pavement
o Expert experience with AccessGen/CSE Access Reporting Tool
o Expert experience of Informatica Repository Administration
o Informatica PowerCenter version 9
Staff assigned must also possess a current working knowledge of the following:
o WebSphere application server
o Linux
o Oracle
o SQL Server
o Informatica PowerCenter developer experience with coding mappings and running workflows.
o Sharepoint
o Team Foundation Server (TFS)

MoDOT does not guarantee any minimum or maximum amount of the Offerors services that may be required under this PAQ. Additional services will be requested on an as needed if needed basis. If the need for additional services arises, the Offeror and MoDOT will agree in writing on the scope, timing and cost of each deliverable before the commencement of work.

OBJECTIVES:
middleware applications to ensure that MoDOT models, repositories, and the AccessGen reporting tool, as they relate to key systems ( TMS, Datamarts, Interfaces), are operating efficiently and in a secure manner at all times.
Identify and fix all problems that arise in the daily operation of MoDOT models, repositories, and the AccessGen reporting tool.
Provide direction for future software upgrades.
Answer operational questions from MoDOT staff.
