AgriMo is requesting to replace an existing membership system that is a Microsoft Access database solution with a modern application that utilizes newer technology. This system was originally built for a 200-person membership management tool and is used daily as AgriMos current membership management system. AgriMissouri has grown beyond 2,000 members and needs to be modernized in order keep up with rapid growth. The outcome of this analysis will be utilized to create a Request for Proposals (RFP) to acquire a new system or Project Assessment Quotation (PAQ) for the development of a new system. AgriMo actively manages more than 2000 memberships within their current membership application. The current business processes have changed and need to be formally documented in order to provide a recommendation of a modern solution. Business process mapping of current and proposed workflow is desired to enable a modern system to be acquired or developed. The lack of functionality and scalability within the current system has hampered AgriMos ability to meet current customer expectations such as registering and managing their account information and paying online for membership fees. The business staff also recognizes the need to improve their workflow to become as efficient as possible. There are many known broken business processes already identified that need to be mapped out and suggestions offered for an optimal solution. The Contractors PAQ Response should include a Project Overview, Resources, Approach/Methodology, Change Control Plan, Issue Tracking Plan, Assumptions and Quality Assurance Plan. The Contractor must provide a detailed description and firm, fixed price for each deliverable. The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Contractor should provide a work breakdown structure or project plan.
