A number of enhancements were identified during efforts towards the original PAQ. ITSD-DED staff have met with business representatives to review the system and the following enhancements have been identified: 1.Under “PRINTING” - When searching for Certifications, Denials, or Needs, it would be better if the Starting Date was blank – ending date can be todays date, but starting should be empty. 2.When you go into a case and click on the Needs Documentation that is needed and hit SAVE, we would like the case status to change itself to Needs without us manually making that change. OR When you put “Eligible” under a target group and hit Enter – it should change the Case Status to Certified automatically. 3.Archive Box should not be required for a Certification 4.After “Submitting” the application, we need a way to go directly to the case – instead of back to the Main Menu and then searching for the case. Maybe “Go to Case Management” link above the “Begin another application” link – it should go straight to this if we hit ENTER. 5.Can we search cases based upon who entered it – not just staff? It would be nice to have the option by name (like the PRINTING options)? 6.We need an option under the Main Menu (right under HOME) that allows us to “Work Case”. This should bring up the oldest case (by hire date) without a certification, denial, or needs letter – take us directly to the Case Management screen for that particular case 7.We need an option under the Main Menu (right under “Work Case”) that allows us to “Work My Cases”. This should bring up a list the cases without a certification or denial that was last worked under our specific sign-on (user name – ie Case Managers name). Listed oldest to newest (by last updated date). 8.The coordinator also need to be able to see how many cases were manually entered, certified, denied, or sent a needs letter by each employee or by the entire team. We also need a total on how many cases were manually entered and uploaded by company/consultant. 9.We need to see the last “Case Manager” that worked on the case – the column would be blank if it was uploaded by a company or consultant. We also need a “Last Updated” date column – this should be the date we or the company/consultant make any changes (including uploading documentation, denying, certifying, etc.). 10.Can we get a calendar to pop-up here for the start and end date? 11.On all pages required to enter an application – can the cursor always start on the first blank field? Right now, you have to move your mouse to place your cursor in the first blank… If there is no blank (like on the review Employer Details, Review Consultant Details, and Attach Document screens), then can the cursor be on the “Continue” button? Again, so we can just hit enter if it is correct and not have to move the mouse. PROJECT APPROACH AND SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractors PAQ Response should include a Resources, Approach/Methodology, Change Control Plan, Issue Tracking Plan, Assumptions and Quality Assurance Plan. The Contractor must provide a detailed description and firm, fixed price for each deliverable. The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Contractor should provide a work breakdown structure or project plan.
