PROJECT APPROACH AND SCOPE OF WORK: The Tree Seedling application will be an inventory management system that will allow the tracking of tree seedlings and seeds at our. The application will also track the sales and on-line sales of the tree seedlings. The nursery processes more than 10,000 orders annually along with shipping approximately 4 million tree seedlings. Through a prioritization meeting, the consultant will plan and address production and maintenance issues in the sequence in which they are prioritized. The prioritized and estimated features will be illustrated in the Product Backlog. So the items may be added/deleted from the attached list in the development time. AGENCY TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES: Client/Agency will provide adequate instruction and equipment to complete all tasks in a timely manner. This instruction includes MDC internal systems and software particular to MDC as well as instruction in the business processes related to the project. Vendor will provide consultants trained in the required development tools and methodologies. Client/Agency will provide access to applications Client/Agency will provide appropriate test environments Client/Agency will provide security and network access to all necessary systems Client/Agency will provide access to all appropriate personnel necessary to provide assistance Client/Agency will provide access to SharePoint and Powersteering/Project management tool. CONTRACTOR TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES: •Provide a common project work space and meeting space off-site as needed; and •Provide a computer, software (MS Office 2010, MS Visio 2010), and e-mail for each contractor on site as needed; and •Provide access to local Contractor management as needed to resolve project issues; and •Provide resources to complete the deliverables outlined in this Agreement. The resources will work on-site as required to complete the deliverables defined in the Scope of Work; and •Analyze requested changes for estimated impact on project schedule and budget, and provide that analysis to MDC within ten (10) calendar days of the receipt of the request, or within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe; and •Conduct weekly meetings with MDC personnel throughout the project life-cycle; and •Maintain a log of action items from weekly status meetings, and provide that log as requested by MDC.
